Beta Terms.

Current scope

• Access is limited to authorized evaluation users and studios.
• This build is a private pre-commercial evaluation and is not offered as a paid commercial service.
• Do not share your access credentials.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the security protections of the service.
• Use only demo, synthetic or non-confidential material during this stage.
• Do not upload confidential client production media or files containing personal data for a real client workflow until formal commercial onboarding and the required contractual/privacy documentation are in place.
• Only upload files you are otherwise authorized to use.

QC limits

• DubMetric provides QC assistance; it does not replace human quality control.
• QC thresholds are provisional during the beta.
• Results can be PASS, WARN, FAIL or INCONCLUSIVE.
• No broadcast, platform or delivery certification is claimed or implied by any result.
• Do not rely on the beta as the sole basis for a delivery decision.
• Availability is not guaranteed during the beta.
• Features and these terms may evolve as the beta evolves.
• Use of the results remains under the responsibility of the studio or user.

Commercial onboarding gate

These working beta terms are not a commercial contract or a data processing agreement. Formal commercial terms, privacy documentation and a DPA where applicable will be completed before paid onboarding or authorized processing of client production media.
