Privacy Notice — Private Beta.

What this service is

DubMetric is a private pre-commercial beta for dubbing synchronization quality control. It compares a reference audio master with a dubbed version and reports sync findings.

Current beta scope

This build is not a public sign-up service and is not offered as a paid commercial service. It is limited to controlled evaluation. Until formal commercial onboarding and the required contractual and privacy documents are in place, use only demo, synthetic or non-confidential material. Do not upload confidential client production media or files containing personal data for a real client workflow at this stage.

Current operator status

DubMetric is currently operated as an individual pre-commercial project. Formal commercial identity details and the complete legal notice will be added before paid onboarding or authorized processing of client production media.

Uploaded files

The WAV files you upload are used only to produce the analysis you request. The application has no application-level mechanism intended to keep uploaded media after the analysis: files may pass through in-memory buffers or temporary files needed for the duration of the request and are removed with it. This notice deliberately makes no absolute "never stored" promise beyond this application behaviour.

Logging

The application does not intentionally log audio content or file names. Technical metadata (such as request timing or status codes) may be processed for the security and operation of the service.

IP address and anti-abuse

Your IP address may be processed temporarily to protect the login endpoint against repeated failed attempts and to operate the private beta securely.

Cookies

The beta uses one essential session cookie for authentication. There are no advertising or analytics cookies in this build.

Service providers

Infrastructure and hosting providers may process technical metadata as part of their own operations and under their own policies. This beta makes no claim about provider-side data location, retention periods or contractual encryption beyond what those providers document themselves.

Results

Analysis results are produced on demand as JSON/PDF files and downloaded by you at the time of the request.

For a request concerning personal data associated with this beta, including access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact pilot@dubmetric.com. Where applicable, individuals may also contact their competent data protection authority; in France, this is the CNIL.

Status of this notice

This is a factual notice for a restricted pre-commercial beta, not a claim of complete commercial or regulatory documentation. It may be updated as the beta evolves. A fuller commercial privacy notice and related contractual documents will be completed before paid onboarding or authorized processing of client production media.
